I’m developing MewSim’s sequel that’ll let you perform surgical procedures on your simulated character in addition to Mewing, chewing, bonesmashing, and injecting T.

What surgeries do you want MewSim2 to have? Only 3 surgeries will have been implemented at the release of the 1st version.

The poll’s top 3 highest-voted surgeries will be the 3 that’re the first to be added to MewSim2.

I left bimax out of the poll because it means I need to code both Le Fort I and BSSO. And these (bimax, LF1, BSSO) then would be the 3 surgeries in the 1st version.

If there’s a free API that can convert pics into 3D models, I’ll try to make a way for users to upload their pics and morph themselves in 3D.

But if such a service doesn’t exist for free, MewSim2 will just have a default male human head. Sad.

I picked zygo here but for me it's infra-malar, literally unmoggable surgery if you're a wog aka bad orbitals by default

watching lefort 3's always makes me cringe a bit but overall is the most entertaining one, from what I've seen at least

I plan to add a “Diagnoses” menu that lists all the medical conditions your character has.

Example:

• Subhumanity : This skull’s morphology is too far removed from the normal ranges of human cranial measurements. If anthropologists looked at this skull, they would not classify the specimen as Homo Sapiens.

Clicking the simulation restart button will pop up a confirmation dialog that has a button to generate the character’s life story. It pretty much summarizes the user’s actions during the last simulation session. It also inserts a few funny events depending on the character’s attractiveness or lack thereof.

Example:

Eugene was born on (current date). He always breathed through his mouth and developed a downswung sphlanchocranium that rendered him subhuman and sexless.

At age 1, his testosterone level rose sharply to 3000 ng/dL. As a result, his bones bossed to dangerous sizes for his age.

At age 2, he got a Le Fort 3 Osteotomy. But his mandible wasn’t lengthened to maintain occlusion, so he ended up with an overbite that remained for the rest of his life.

…

At age 55, Eugene lost his virginity to an escort.
