Generally it's Brownie but I try to reduce my sugar intake now

I make a very tasty chicken risotto with homemade bone broth (the rice cooks in the broth basically giving it flavor and also some nutrients)

lately I've been coping with Greek Yogurt bowl (I use honey fruits and nuts with it) and it's very very good to my taste

I try to be healthier

I also like Steak and Salmon as animal protein
