You want a decent body 100%, no need to get super huge if you don't enjoy it but after a year or two of lifting regularly you should be good. But tbh everyone on here has crazy body dysmorphia so idk.

I've heard it's damn near impossible to get to the point where you are "too big" when lifting if your natural.

It will improve your frame and neck but its not the thing that determine your success with women. You need to have good face.

cope mostly tbh, biggest slayers i knew IRL were just the lean type, one was the typical chad going to the gym to lift 20 pound dumbells and snap his bitches, the other drank diet red bull 24/7. Borderline "gigachad and gymbro" on the other hand was aspie af but slayed high quality foids. if u lean and no bones it's over though almost
