What's your non-bloating diet ?

Mine is:

Pumpkin (cooked)
Zuchini (cooked)
Carrots (cooked)
Red onion (cooked)
Leek (cooked)
Celeriac (cooked)
Brocoli (raw)
Garlic (raw)

I eat this with eggs or when I'm rich enough I eat fresh salmon/tuna

I cook this with olive oil and/or Coconut oil and I add tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

My carbs intake isn't too high with all of this

what is your non-bloating diet ?
