I’ve seen many people’s opinions, like it’s better for your kids genetics or that you ruin your lineage…

I don’t mean like having kids with your second cousin but like northern spanish with northern spanish, nordics with nordics, british with british…
So not like having kids with your family but not also all europeans with all europeans, so for example phenotypes.
