It depends on your splanchnocranium, if your neurocranium is too big in comparison to your splanchnocranium you will look bad.

possible to measure both?
Yes.

Viscerocranium

Measure you Facial (Bizygomatic) and Cranial Width

Cranial width is a more accurate measurement than skull circumference since skull circumference also depends on your occiput, you can still have a big skull circumference with a narrow cranial width and a protuding occiput.

when you measure bizygomatic does the tape go over your nose?
No, it shouldn't, that's why you need a caliper to measure it correctly.

Just take a photo and measure it from it.

I am talking about cranial width not about forehead width.

so big skull is good as long as bizygomatic and cranial width is the same
Yes.

But tbh thats rare and you can still look good if your bizygomatic width is slightly lower than your cranial width if you have a good bigonial width and gonial angle.

If you dont have any of that then you will look like this:

is bonesmashing or mse or thumbpulling or anything legit for helping with equal bizyogmatic and cranial?

I think MSE should increase your bizygomatic width, but i am not sure, ask @Elias.

Yes MSE will increase bizygomactic width. Ronald ead increased by 11mm and i dont know the exact measurement, but his bizygomactic width increased significantly
