Deca is one of the most safe steroids for hair, and TRT dose at worst will give you the hairline you will have 5 years later naturally anyway.

But my comments purpose wasnt to recommend you hoping on gear, I am also not doing it. Its just your 5362726 vitamin and supplement is mostly useless.
 
Just get a multivitamin and fish oil lol
 
K2 ,calcium(and other stuff in the same pill like mag, D) , fish oil rarely , potassium +C , b5 . I only take the last two everyday , the others i take depending on the day if i meet all micros or i feel like i need to supplement .

All I take is vitamin D, fish oil, and protein supp. Multivitamin is cope. Magnegium might be good for your overall sleep behavior. Key word is "might". Creatine is 99% bullshit. No difference on or off for me. It's a placebo effect. And all those protein complexes and minerals are bogus. Just stop coping and take a few things and work hard. Sleep and diet are #1
