Which ones are you considering

They're 30kg in total (not each dumbbell)

I'd prefer a real gym, but if the weight checks out and the bar can handle said weight there shouldn't be any issues

i had them as a beginner, but with that kind of weight you are stuck to the basic exercises.
get a pull up bar aswell when you can
