Always give the least amount of direct information. Just regurgitate the exact same thing she said and let her bark. Giving solutions to her dramatic expression of her problems makes her think u dont care about her feelings.
example: i hate my coworkers they do nothing.
you: oh poor you, They put so much pressure on you. Selfish of them.
obviously the solution is to fucking tell them to work, tell someone, take action but women dont seek that, they seek comfort for their cortisol spike.
Even if u never give advice its almost always better
