I think health care is free in sweden (except small patient fees). Not completly sure though. It's possible that surgeries for accidents could cost a lot of money. No idea tbh

A lot of swedish are in debt yeah. They take house loans , car loans , study loans , buy furnitures n stuff for their home on credit etc

Socialist propaganda.

In the netherlands you have to pay for everything yourself aswell when you break your arm. Gov only starts paying for everything when shit gets really expensive : multiple days at a hospital, surgery, cancer treatment.

Aka oldcel shit

If you need life-saving medical care and don't have money or insurance you won't be denied it in America, you just get sent a bill which you can choose not to pay back, like a phone bill.

Usually people have insurance so they rarely end up in that situation. They usually get insurance as a part of their employment contract or get it from the government (military service, old age, broke, children). US healthcare is really expensive but mainly because the Average American is unhealthy as fuck and everyone's risk is pooled together for the premiums.

I mean in Canada we have "universal healthcare" but all that covers is seeing a GP and going to the hospital (both of which have chronic shortages and are mis-managed). For everything else it's out of pocket or insurance.
