When and how to apply Castor Oil and PeppermintOil

You take 2ml castor oil orally / day every day, and you put the peppermint oil in a shampoo which also contains carrier oils like black seed oil, coconut oil etc

It works 100%, basically it works better than minoxidil (which I don't respond to coz I lack an enzyme that makes it work in the first place)

You measure the castor oil, you put the liquid in gelatin capsules and swallow them. 2ml every day

It's a growth stimulant along with minoxidil, caffeine etc. Currently I'm on fin 1mg every day, I wash my hair with a shampoo containing caffeine every day and I also take 2ml castor oil every day, in my experience this has completely normalized my rate of hair growth

No, don't drink it! Put it in gelatin capsules and then swallow the capsules. If you drink it, it will stick to your throat, I had that happen to me it was awful. Put the oil in gelatin capsules and swallow these castor oil PILLS

But to answer your question, yes, ORAL CASTOR OIL (CAPSULES) work way better than applying it directly because you'd need a heated castor oil mask for the castor oil to be able to penetrate the scalp

Because your body metabolizes caffeine if taken orally so only a tiny % of it will reach the follicles. Castor oil directly can't penetrate the scalp unless in the form of a heated mask which you'd need to heat DMSO for. It's much easier and effective to put castor oil in pills and swallow the pills so it will surely reach the follicles. It's a partial PgE2 agonist

I finished my week 2 yesterday, two more for full month, i think my eyebrows got thicker hair but its not denser, I didn't grow any extra hair
