When are long eyebrows a looksmin?

And i was wondering when are long (in width) eyebrows a looksmin to someones harmony and eye area? When you have short/long pfl? When you got small/large ipd?

On paper, long outer eyebrows would not only not benefit someone whose eyes are already too large (wide IPD, long PFL) in relation to his face/skull, but they might even exacerbate it by giving the illusion of a less wide face, just like how they can mask narrow IPDs to a degree.

As for inner eyebrows, the longer/closer they are, the closer your IPD will appear to be I believe.

But tbh I have never looked at someone and thought "he would look better if his eyebrows were shorter at the outer edges".
