I lived outside of Mexico for half of my life, so I don't know. Most Mexicans (typically the stereotypical manlet darker skinned black eyed Mexicans unlike me, which I imagine are the ones you are thinking about in your head) are very NT and extroverted. Mexican culture is all about fiesta.

Meanwhile, I have spent most of my life inside of hotel rooms. I've never had approached a black girl either. Now that I moved back to Mexico as an older teen with my family, I can only think of like three black people at the top of my head, because they are super rare to find where I live.

JFL if you think I would harass a random black girl I find. I am not racist, unlike many other sad Mexicans, I will admit.
