Likely 19. This was the age we saw David go from the 1% to the 0.1%. The previous year he went from 315-335 on bench then all the sudden at 19 he was benching 390 despite already being 5 years in the gym. As well as looking bigger and fuller than he’d ever been before. David looked great natural but it’s quite obvious based on his insane lift and physique progressions that came out of nowhere that he had began using compounds. Big fan of his despite it tho.
