I'm currently 5ft11.7 which is close to 6ft at 18 and I hope I grow another 3 inches in height.

Major growth spurt was from about 17-20 , grew from about 5’7 to 6’2. Then grew another two inches to 6’4 at 21-22 years old.

All I can remember is that during this time I was trying to bulk up and was eating a fuck ton of dairy products, so that may have contributed to it.

Like 15-16? I was a very tall kid though. Like 175 with 13 and 182 since like 16? Shoulder width increased significantly in my early 20s though.

around 15-16 for most people. some are lucky to grow at 18-21.

I've never in my life even breathed in gym air, so it's probably bones.

I'd say it increased like 10-15% around my early 20s maybe? But I'm also DHT maxxed

Struggling with hair loss, but at least I have a 56cm bidelt with 19cm clavicles...
