I've been very aware of lookism since I was like 16 years old (this is 10 yrs ago now)
I remember noticing patterns in school: the popular guys were all good looking and the unpopular weirdos were all ugly as fuck. Most people see this, but don't put two and two together and realise that looks make up a big part of that.

When my school did their yearly 'brochure' advertising the school, they would put some low IQ good looking guy on the front cover who was a shit student who would always misbehave. Every year the same 2-3 best looking guys and girls would be featured, meanwhile all of the really smart students would be shunned, despite all being great students.

Even the teachers would suck up to the good looking popular students and shun the ugly ones, despite the good looking ones never getting any work done or having any interest in the class. The male teachers would respect them and the female teachers unironically wanted to fuck them when we got to ages 15/16. It got so bad some students would even call the female teachers out publicly for wanting to fuck the good looking guys in class and they would barely deny it!

Also when I had my first crush at 14/15, they did not show much interest in me. I had a thought: "would they act like this if I looked like [name of good looking guy at my school]" the answer was clearly no.

so yeah, what you tiktok kids call blackpilled was just me experiencing reality and accepting it at an early age.
