so proper diet
enough sleep
and being active
can help boost a born LTN to MTN

like i'm fat but trying gain muscle so i have a caloric intake of 2800 Cals

but my cals have to be Protein rich

so it depends
trying to lose weight
cut cals
trying to gain muscle raise cals but with "Healthy Cals"

I was 12 in 2023 when I found out about bp
