I’m 14 and I’m just trying toeat a balanced diet with a lot of vitamins and minerals but I’m trying to get leaner right now so I’m in a cal deficit and it’s hard to get them all in

the amount of people here who claimed seeing growth at 18 is pretty surprising. Interesting stuff .

I also haven't been on top of my sleep and diet. Maybe I still have the potential for growth seen as I've been taking aim at since 17 and 1 month.

Most ppl stop growing after 16 from what I've seen (might grow inch or 2 after but negligible), unless ur genetics dictate u will have a spurt after 16 (ask parents if they had late spurt or not)

It's not that uncommon anymore because of good nutrition nowadays. Back then you would 100% stop growing at 16 and now it's kind of negligible depends on genes. Some stop as early as 13, others stop as late as 21.
