does gymcelling help big time?
It happend randomly. One day, when I was 15, I woke up and my frame was like 2 inches larger lol

My shoulders started widening when I was like 13-14. I have a 20 inch bidletoid untrained

Gymcelling does help, and I only started to take it seriously when I was 21 (22 now).
It's a shame I never took any pictures of my body/frame before I got into gymcelling otherwise I'd have a solid comparison by now.
But it has definitely improved my frame.

But obviously other things you can't really change such as having good biacromial width, large ribcage and narrow hips&waist matter a shit ton as well.

narrow hips and waist is such a brutal fucking pill man you can literally be untrained and have an AVERAGE frame, yet having those proportions give the illusion of having an above avg body

i think clavicles have the potential to grow until 25
 
I think my clavicles are still growing at 20 people are saying my shoulders look alot wider and I haven't built that much muscle.

Milk = Calcium = Proper bone growth. In my case it was camel milk. Made my teeth white as hell, frame, and height robust.
