So I’ve been doing a shit ton of research all night and the evidence we have is so contradictory, a simply google search will say ur bones are pretty much 90% done growing including the skull.

But looking at posts on here anecdotally soo many people are able to easily achieve more skull and jaw growth with testmaxxing or just orthotropics.

There has to be something wrong with one of these. Science says it’s impossible to grow bones that drastically after 18 but anecdotally that isn’t the case at all.

So whats going on here

i think it depends on when you’ve had you’re puberty, may be wrong so 19/21 years old you're bones should stop growing and also changes are genetical on how fast you’re bones mature

Yeah this is definitely true, but I’ve seen straight up men on here with full on beards achieving growth when they shouldn’t be able to

if your puberty is average, you will not grow much bones after 18, the anecdotes are from people leanmaxxing/debloating, giving the illusion of more bones

Yeah this is probably the answer, but i swear people who testmaxx on here it really looks like they grew their maxilla like is that really just leanmaxxing?

depends on puberty

a large increase in masticatory forces even at a late age might also cause growth

in ur 20s
but most bone growth happens as a teenager

Pro tip if someone shows a transformation and also sells a course on testmaxxing or orthotropics or whatever its safe to assume they just got bimax or are fraudmaxxing

Till 25 yo.
But most bone growth Will occur between 14 and 18
