not that i should be talking about it because i’m 16 with 25% bf 😭, but i’m just curious when they are fully developed and if there is something i could do to enhance them in some way

Mid-to late teens.

Some small changes can happen during your early - mid 20s.

MSE- skeletal expansion of the upper jaw.

get to gym and come here after you lose all that bf boyo, swim everyday, eat less and lift heavy. (2 meals a day full of protein + fruits in between) you will transform in a less than 6 months so stop rotting here

have you ever seen 16 year old and 21 year old have the same bone development?
i’m unfamiliar with that, i am already on a diet btw, was 32% bf cut down about 7% in 3 months. I’ll get a membership at the gym after my 2 EST exams because i need to get marks. however i eat one meal with pretty much some of the protein intake i need, don’t worry ill get some supplements for that since i have a very low deficit.

you don't need supplements, just normal food and physical activity. when i was 16 i ate like a fatass and it didn't show because i did sports and that's when your body develops the most so it all goes into that.

If you don't have good cheekbone projection by the time you stop being a teenager, it will never happen due to your genetics.

Nothing except fillers and custom implants can fix the lack of bone mass. The better and permanent option obviously being implants.

well im not saying i have bad cheekbone genetics, im js curious if they’d grow more outword or grow thicker and get more defined, since rn im mainly focusing on my weight and bodyfat they should start showing soon when i’m leaner

I think mine are done growing and I’m only 16

i think it’s because you lost weight, u looked pretty chubby on the before pics ngl
I am roughly at the same bf%, likely higher

Could have been fat pads going away maybe

Likely a mix of both

it’s probably the stubborn fat goin away, what % where u at?
