I think until 70 or something for some. and 20 for others
it depends on the person and the bone

People here are coping, come on, there's no fucking difference after 14~16, what happens is just more bone density and Low BF%.

Also when come to your entire skull the difference between a subhuman to a human being is in the womb.

around 20 im guessing

my zygos, jaw, etc were non existent at 12-14
they grew alot during 15-16
only thing that was kept throughout the same was my eye area, was always hooded and same shape

Mandible around 30, rest of the face 23-25 is fully grown.

Tho obviously overtime your bone mass decreases as you get older etc.

Width or length for the mandible?

Width or length for the mandible?
Can vary a lot from person to person, some first have wide and then length and others have first length and then wide. Some grow it both on the same rate.

Usually tho it is first wide and then length

Will HGH aid in it's growth or is it just a cope?

Probably cope. a lot of people have low HGH and have a very good bone structure.

People like David Gandy cannot even grow a full beard, yet look at his facial bones.

major growth in the face ? - into the twenties, if you are healthy

if you had wisdom tooth extracted, it is over for natural growth after puberty

Elaborate/ source?
What if you are born with no wisdom teeth

Early 20s but bone is always remodeling

ok let us assume you have proper dental developement

you have 28 teeth, good palate, good bite, good hygiene, good hormones (IGF 1 and Androgen for us)

puberty, jaw gets longer and a bit wider

with around 16 - 18 the wisdom teeth are coming around and are pushing your teeth forward

My theory is, that it is a natural way to grow the lower alevolar ridge, either into width or length

It is a slow process but if you can upright the wisdom teeth, eventho you have full teeth (no extractions) and good palate (no crowding), then you have proper dental developement

I see. I have proper development except for the fact that I have 2 baby teeth post puberty (no teeth to replace) and 1 wisdom tooth is missing. Just implant wisdom teeth theory

I honestly think after 18 it's pretty much settled.
Almost all my cousin's look the same before and after college.

Yes to be honest, i have many friends since childhood and i can't say too much about their bone growth now, even their height seems to be completely the same as before when 14~15 (18~21 now some of them). .

That's bs, the difference between 16 and 20 was huge for me, similar bf% as well.

The maxilla stops growing vertically around 15. But it can still grow laterally, since the mid palatal sutures are not closed at that time.
The mandible grows well into ones 30s and even beyond.

It's mostly about growth potential here though, because growth hormone levels decline rapidly past puberty.

Well but you are a exception, also, maybe you are just a late teen?
Not that late, fairly late but 18/19 I saw a lot of change in facial structure

Mandibular growth extends after 20 qnd can be noticed in acromegaly patients but they have no change in maxillary growth not an mm it seems . I want to know whether maxilla grow if ur 18 . I think its possible to check that whether the infraorbitals are close set. If yes i dont think maxilla will grow more cause it will cause an abnormal skull structure with infraorbitals closing too much into eyes. It can effect natural position of eyes.
