As someone who is against porn. This question has always puzzled me at what point would you say a person is addicted to porn. Like I see niggas saying it's only an actual addiction kr mentally hurting him and causing his financial, emotional ruin. Most people only call it addiction when someone has lost relationships, money, or their job but the reality is the signs usually start much earlier. When does one reach that point? I think that happens much earlier than people think it does.

when you want to quit but always end up coming back to it when fapping

that's addiction, because you can't stop.

if you "don't want to quit", that's just copium for addiction

When it takes up more than 20 maybe less minutes of your day
When you start imagining deranged shit
When u start watching deranged shit
That’s what I’d call addiction

Porn is methadone for the heroin of sex. Unfortunately we are born addicted and the cravings are debilitating.

I don’t see porn addiction as a real thing, it’s just the result of being incel while having a high sex drive. Nobody is going to accuse Chad of having a SEX addiction.

When you can’t control when you watch it/when you can’t control the urges

When ppl can notice you do. And you start forcing yourself to nut. When you get erectile dysfunction.

Anything more than once a day is prolly addiction

When you start to consume hardcore porn and rape videos.

Nice try 😂😂😂😂😂

But on the serious topic i think its all relative

First is ofcourse frequency -
i consider jacking off more than 4 times a week too much, borderline addiction. 5+ def addiction especially after the age of 18.

Another is financial -
If you spend any money in porn is not a healthy sign (usually means free porn is numbing so you need to go extra length to get off) so borderline addiction
But if you spend anything over £100 a month is an addiction

These are the threshold barriers anything after these only get more extreme such as very specific niche fetishes etc.

When you start craving worse stuff than vanilla and when you cancel plans to be home and wank your life away

I consider anything an addiction once it's started negatively affecting your life in any way. so if you've ever been late, caught or damaged relationships because of porn then yes, it is an addiction. if can somehow jerk off 8 times a day and have it not negatively impact your life in any way, then by my logic it technically isn't an addiction, just good luck trying to pull that off.
