Okay so if you mean skull thickening and proper puberty growth, it stops from anywhere from 16-20 depending on genetics. Usually most growth occurs around 18

But your face bone structure does change as an adult but a lot slower but not due to puberty growth rather external forces. (But these are very small you won't notice anything) it changes for the worse though as bone loses density.
