Defo grows until mid 20s atleast. Steroids aren't known to grow but the face but they do speed up puberty .I started blast and cruise in my early 20s compared to my ( identical) twin bro who has never used anything, and along with thicker facial hair and more body hair (lost some of that additional body hair since starting dutasteride) my face looks considerably different to his now. More masculine, facial bones look much thicker and most people guess im 4-5 years older and don't even think we are twins anymore.
