ahh if gaining that much muscle was that easy

what is it with people being afraid of just magically doing some sort of exercise for a month and thinking their neck will spawn in at 10x size

just train it, see how its growing and stop training it when ur at wanted width????

im still in puberty i wanted to know if my neck can still grow naturally im already training it

training ur neck is a natural way to train it, ur neck circumference will somewhat increase throughout puberty but odds are your test levels arent gonna be high enough for it to be a significant change

realistically at 18 you wont see any changes apart from muscle if u train it vigorously
