Total volume workload (weight x sets x reps) is the most important metric for gains
So 3x a week would be better for enhanced individual considering they can recover much quicker?

Provided you can recover from it

The truth is if you do for example 5000 tons of volume spread over 3 sessions vs spread over 2 sessions, the difference in gains will be very minimal

can't imagine hitting the same bodypart three times in a week

if you can, then youre probably not training hard enough, would be my guess

Even when enhanced? I can imagine as a natty it would be hard, but enhanced have far superior recover, especially on a blast cycle.

but in my opinion, this information you just have to figure out by yourself - try doing more, try less, try taking deload weeks or some time completely off etc...
I think you will "feel" when you're overtraining

Appreciate it. I'll try out different training volumes. When he mentioned over training he could have just been on a TRT dosage. I'm currently on my first blast cycle, so not sure if it would be different.
