When I eat I feel stupid and lazy

I can only imagine what a obese person thinks and feels like

I feel bad for them because part of it is not their fault but I also look down on them

I feel way happier when I don't eat but it's almost like an irresistible urge to just binge whenever I'm stressed out. Then I feel like dogshit after.
