Because I have minor scoliosis.

Would I experience results, If I'm only feeling discomfort on my right side?

op is not being specific when he says "right side"

then again.. i assume he's only doing regular mewing which should have no uncomfortable feeling at all.

when you hard mew, you will have an uncomfortable feeling with your hyoid-bone/throat. you'll also feel some strain that go through your head.

as op is doing regular mewing, he should have no problems at all.

I'm hard mewing with my teeth not keeping contact.

Right side=right side of my spine.

Have better muscle control on my right spine compared to the left side.

your teeth can keep contact, but don't clench it.

and spine hurt while hard mewing? i never heard this one before and i don't think it's because of hard mewing, as no one else reported this problem while doing it.

maybe strain? ideally you want to do 2 hours of full power hard mew everyday. half an hour to one hour is acceptable.

The strained feeling is only on my right,

which is fine It's not painful.

But I can't feel my left side of my spine.

Are you engaging the palatoglossus which raises the entire back of the tongue up?

Just pushing up the tongue up alone would cause asymmetry and would cause your tongue to get tired.

Okay then it could be that your palate is not aligned well with your maxilla and that it is some slight rotation. Feeling a little discomfort could be possibility,
I wouldn’t stress too much about it. Just give it time.

How do you engage the palatoglossus muscle while hard mewing? @Bui
Right now I seem to have the same problem as @Rob Paul'sHeight
and I'm hard mewing as well...I also only feel the right side and have minor scoliosis

the easy way to explain is to suck your tongue up while slightly flexing your throat.

@Bui so basically Mew while the front muscles of your neck are engaged?

I have the same problem except I feel my left side only sometimes not never but usually I feel pressure only on the right side of my face. Just hoping it sorts it self out.
