When I take phenibut I fall asleep without even knowing that i fell asleep

I even fall asleep with lights on when I take phenibut

I sleep through all night then wake up in the morning for a short while then I sleep again through all day and when I wake up its already evening . Once I wake up I still feel effects in my body.

Phenibut knocks you out in high doses. It has a long half life of 24 hours. If you keep yourself active n moving then it's possible to stay awake but if you lay down for a little bit you will fall asleep .

I imagine phenibut is great for insomnia. Or just for depressed people who wanna sleep through all their life.
