When I’m scared in a dream I try to make myself even more scared and scream loudly and scaredly so that I become even more afraid. Idk why. It’s weird and I don’t know how to explain it, but when I’m terrified I just wanna make myself even more terrified and scream and make myself have a scarier nightmare
