when is it time to rope?

roping has been on my mind for many years going through depression and bullying and i have always had the lowest confidence etc. when is it approriate time to rope if you have no girls no wife no nothing. always struggled with women and even ltb’s dont want me. i try to look presentable to the women i want to attract and nothing works, i think mostly because of my height and face (175cm)
