When is MARPE good for looks?

When can you tell if MARPE, MSE, FME, and anything else like that are good for ascension and will make you look better?

Is MARPE only worth it if you have an extremely narrow subhuman palate? I have a decent palate but a very narrow/long face, my wide nose makes me think its risky though especially since im already seen as gl irl and im fearful of the asymmetry. What do you guys think I should do?

I'm still trying to figure out the aesthetics myself, so I can't really comment on that yet.

But regarding the fear of asymmetry: what I've realized is that you can work with an orthodontist who closely monitors your expansion on a weekly basis. They can make sure things are staying symmetrical, and if anything starts to go off track, the expansion can be stopped immediately. It might cost more to have that level of oversight, but personally, that's the approach I would take
