The second you wake up.

When I wake and then go straight to my gym in my pjs and then take a shower after and get dressed, my days feel so much better.
  • My mind feels less full once Its off my plate, I know I have achieved something first thing in the morning and dont have to worry about if I will have time at the end of my day or smth.

Scientifically, you're higher T in the morning then T is drowing along the day.
So you're stronger at the morning but you're less warm-up so it can increase the injuries.
And also the morning there's way less people

You’ll want to take some sort of pre workout even if it’s just an energy drink so I would say anytime before 2 pm. Sleep is really important for gains
