u can rlly ascend whenever but only significant changes can occur at a young age. if you want changes bonewise then ur prolly too old but even a good haircut, getting clear skin, and other slight softmaxxes like that when combined can make u look a bit more attractive at whatever age

Senior is already late and you missed a lot of your youth and psychological development from having relationships in your real youth, but it's still a lot less grim than if you're out of high school and still incel since then your odds drop a lot more.
