are they referring to the lateral arch or the actual cheekbone. been actively posting for like 6-8 months now and still have no clue

From the front the arch and the zygoma both play a role in aesthetics

ok. i just realized i actually have a decent arch im just not lean enough yet to really notice it visually

i’d look at swisschems. ik they have cjc but not sure if they ship to sweden. i’d assume they do tho. swisschems is a great source

Yeah same, I’m doing PSMF and the changes have been pretty drastic the last few weeks.

14% bf atm, will likely reach 12 in a couple of weeks

Yeah it’s basically only Protein food in your diet.

I still like to do cardio and lift during the week so I take my only carbs as my cappuccino pre workout.

I used to do just regular low cal but it was super slow now i’m on 800ish cals and feel okay. Only after a carb reload do I feel like I need carbs to feel okay but after a few days of no carbs that feeling goes away

k i’ve been doing something similar.

thoughts on healthy fats like almonds, nuts, etc. to help with cravings? or should i cut that shit out also

I cut all of it out except chicken and whey.

After a week of terrible mood and feeling crabby it gets alright I don’t even feel hungry anymore

i’ll do the same.

yeah these past couple days have been rough. my bodies pretty much demanding carbs but i’ll power through it.

hopefully it helps with my gut microbiome and acne as well

yeah just keep yourself distracted with other sources of dope such as occasional alc, caffeine, video games. ik nobody outside of this forum would recommend this but it’s legit

regular water fasting fixed my constant bloaty, burpy gut. 4-7 days every month or so

I used to have extremely oily skin the kind that can soak blotting papers in hours, only accutane fixes it. I’ve done one full course of it 4 years ago but it came back so now i’m perma micro dosing tane. 10mg every 4 days my skin is flawless now

i’m the opposite here. skin as try as the desert. don’t think i could take tane. 0.025 tret as gave me some solid results tho

Use squalane oil, it’s what will actually moisturise/hydrate your skin

so when looking at my avi

i thought my cheekbone lateral projection was where the first dot is. however it’s actually at the second dot where the “lateral arch” is

What causes hollow cheeks isn't cheekbone width but cheekbone mass (width of the "chunky" bit). How you phrase it can differ I guess.
