Going for a high paying job but it also being high stress is not worth it at all. It will destroy your looks, health, longevity, mentality. Remember you have to work at this job for 8 hours daily for years and years on end.

My job is not very high paying but it is also very low stress. I am not under any pressure. I do my job and go home without any stress on the mind.

It is unironically better to be a school janitor than some cuck slaving away in the office. Even if the janitor makes less the low stress of the job will pay off in the end

Focus on crime then if you want more money. It's not easy to get caught if u do crime sporadically. its not like crime is your full time job like how addicts, career criminals, bums are. If I need any money I will just do some robberies, car break ins, etc and be good for some months.

I ALWAYS paid attention to the nature of the work. The pay was almost secondary.

Water is wet.

That's why I'm having a middle-pay job where the shift is 12 hours, but the time I work is 1 hours while the rest 11 hours I spend them laying around and playing on my phone.

I'm basically a security guard who is ordered to "check something from time to time".

I make enough money to live and even engage in moneynaxxing activities. One day, I'm leaving the province.

Your right i made the mistake of picking a long and tedious job, my colleagues regular work through their lunch breaks and do unpaid overtime.

It's only 80k as well so 41 an hour for 38 hours weeks

I need to get out

Low pay jobs are stressful because you have to work more

Used to work as prison guard (correctional officer) for 2 years. Its very well payed and they pay you overtime 150% more but you have to watch your back all the time and prisoners also like to play mind games with you. Everyone is constantly on edge and nervous, had to quit since i started becoming paranoid and aggressive irl as well

Thought Prison lifestyle was exaggerated in Hollywood.
You telling me it's common for guys to rape other men in US Prisons?

What is the environment like there? Do people constantly fight with another? Is their a hierarchy, and if so what determines who reaches the top?

They dont rape each other that often. Environment is fairly hostile and there have been situations where inmates assaulted guards out of nowhere, like punch them in the face and similiar. They also try to manipulate guards in various ways. There is hierarchy, some prisoners are more respected than others and could be considered leaders
