When to start taking aromasin and how much

Hey guys, I just starting taking 500mg of test. I pin every day. The first week of the cycle just finished and I'm wondering when to start taking aromasin. The only estrogen sides Im experiencing is like slightly itchy nipples occasionally but that could honestly not even be related. And slight bloating but again I could just be anxious and seeing things. So Im just wondering if I should wait for more sides to start taking aromasin or if there is none is there a time in the cycle I should start? And how much should I take and how often to start?

There is no one dose to take as everyone aromatises at different rates due to genetics and bodyfat percentage. 25mg a week, split out over doses taken every other day is a decent guideline but if you want to actually do things properly you need to get bloodwork and adjust dosages based on that.
