iv always been lean year round, i had an incident in october and i couldnt do cardio for shit so i said fuck this im not gonna be comfortable and gain weight and regret once i heal so i said fuck it time to leanmaxx hard, but fuck all my muscles are shrinking but it fuck it im a manlet anyways my face makes up for itur face ascending?
i’ve got the last few kg to drop before completely visible abs so hopefully good face ascension from here cos im gonna be sub 15% and i hear most face fat loss happens when u go below 15%

lowest ive been is 13% in 2022 got some severe fever face was so hollow rn im at 14% dont look sickly cause im still eating goodtbh just leanmax quick imo and then just eating at maintenance and training will give u your muscle back quick since muscle memory and shit.
