When will my skin start to get better at accutane?

I am taking 20mg on 66kg since approximately 6 weeks now and I still have and get new pimples.

About when would it to start getting better?

yea that call microdose and it take longer than 6 weeks ofc, you can take more but the side effect are worst but usually 3 month to work jfl

Thanks, because till now my skin got just worse.
And I have strongly more pimples on myleft side than my right faceside.
