When working out do you wait between exercises?

Low IQ question but I don't like doing shit wrong

For example it's chest day, you finish 3 sets and now you have to move onto the next exercise in the routine

Are you supposed to wait and if you are how long? Or do you just get straight to it
 
Yeah like a minute to 2 rtill I can do the set again

don’t listen to the fags telling you You can’t rest between a set

just listen to your body and you’ll know

You get what I'm saying tho?

For example hypothetically 3 sets of a bench press, then I have to move to bench flys. Are you supposed to wait?

Just listen to your body and when your ready to do the set again do it be that 1min or 3 really doesn’t matter unless your taking like 20 min breaks
