ive been chewing for so many years that ive permanently worn down my molars significantly.
my dentist said my molars are that of a 50 yo and if i dont stop i would need dentures in a few years.
the sad part is that my zygos and orbitals are recessed meaning the my hypertrophied masseter to more than my biygomatic breadth and now i look bloated.
ive also developed minor tmj
