i tried sticking my pinky btw the gap of my lower jaw and upper jaw when i jut out and then i measured my picky to a measuring tape and subtracted around 1-2mm bc i really had to squeeze it in the gap

This is the minimum amount of growth achievable, because your jaw isn’t used to this position. Also yesterday I had the idea to do mandible pulling. So maybe that will change things.
