Ngl I struggle with the same issue. The uni I go to has a small campus and I study engineering so finding a girl there isn’t gonna happen unless I camp at my uni until a Htb comes along jfl. Clubs, bars and dating apps are a no go for ltrs because they’re just filled with whores. Infact one girl at a club one asked me if I had a condom within 15 minutes of meeting her jfl and they all end up twerking on you in nightclubs within like a minute. Bars aren’t much better and dating apps are shit too. then the best option for you might be improving your instagram profile (you dont have to be real, just do what the avarage nt does even do youre nd) get a good pfp, take random pictures for dumps and post stories regularly, also follow random girls from your area (if u have mutuals with her theres more chance of getting a follow back) after you have a nice profile and a good following start liking girls stories and upload a story to see if any girls like you back, after that wait for another story from her and but of liking it, dm her story with a corny pick up line, a random compliment or somthing that catches her attention like a question about something related to the picture.
