Yes, I am so lost I can't really say I know what to do or say anymore related to dating

things are extremely confused and hard and awfull, I am trying to figure things out

I was in a relationship for 7 months then I broke up and stoped going out for 3 months, and now in the 4th month I am back but absolutely lost, things changed dramaticaly, this is no joke, 1 year was more than enough for everything to change, I've seen things I didn't want to
