Rather than asking for how to overcome side effects you don't even know about, do your own research so you don't fuck your body up.

The biggest people in my gym are just fat blokes. There’s only like two proper bodybuilders there. Both claim they’re fully natty. Even tho one of them has a truecel high pitched squeaky voice. Also they’re both short. Like under 5ft11

I need them to ascend coz rn, I look young for my age and can only attract girls who are like 18-19 (I’m 22). So I’m trying to increase my t levels a bit to become less pretty boy and now more masculine.

Probably can just find them with a google search and they will deliver them to your home. Just make sure to not overdo your cycles, since then TRH will step in and destroy ur test

Nice, just make sure u have done all the natural test raising methods like going to the gym first.

I’ve been going to gym for like 6 years now
My bench is 100kg
My deadlift is 140kg
My overhead press is 70kg
My squat is 80kg

Should I increase these numbers before considering roids still?
Also my weight is currently 80kg

Your lifts are pretty low for 6 years of training. Have you been training atleast somewhat optimally? If yes then it's likely worth it to hop on gear.

Yh I train everyday. I struggle to put on weight tbh.

I started in 2018, as a fat kid (I literally used to never exercise and ate all day). So my first goal was weight loss. Then by 2019, I was anorexic. And weighed 58kg at 6ft (at the time), and stayed like that until late 2020..

But in late 2020, I started taking protein shakes and getting bigger.
So really it’s kind of more like 4 years of actual training.

I haven’t increased any weights I’ve been lifting since 2023 tbh. I’ve plateaud. Cause I got more into looksmaxxing, so have been focusing on things like staying lean, cardio, etc…

I literally think steroids are my ascension. My face is decent tbh. But could do with more dimorphism. I’m pretty angular facially. But a bit more bone mass would never hurt, and would potentially be getting me into that CL range for my looks. And also facial hair will come through hopefully.

However my dilemma is my parents have said if they catch me on roids, then I’m out of the will and they will kick me out of the house. So I need to keep it subtle tbh.
(My parents also have been threatening to kick me out of the house if I keep seeing the girl I’m seeing. Cause my dad says I have to date a better looking girl than her. But he doesn’t understand, for me to do that, I should ascend in looks even more).

Yeah sounds like a good idea, if I were you I would focus more in leg strength (training it as much or even more than upper body) since that can also increase test a lil, if u are from the same country as me I could probably prescribe u something.

70kg overhead press after six years is abysmal assuming you're over 8% bf
 
Yeah sounds like a good idea, if I were you I would focus more in leg strength (training it as much or even more than upper body) since that can also increase test a lil, if u are from the same country as me I could probably prescribe u something.
I’m from the UK. So if you’re from there too that’s be sick.
and I always thought that leg training thing was cope/myth. But I might try it a bit more.

My lifts aren’t the heaviest. But luckily I was blessed with good frame and naturally reactive muscles. So a lot of people think I’m a lot hencher than I actually am.

Idk but when I was gymcelling early this year I was doing 38kg x 8 dumbbell shoulder press seated after 2 years gym. Maybe standing is harder. 70kg just doesn't sound any where near enough after 6 years of gym

So my seated dumbbell I do is 32kg (as that is the heaviest dumbbells in my gym smh). So for that I do them really slowly and add another motion to the rep (hard to explain), to make it better. I apply the TUT (time under tension) rule for lifting a lot.

Standing with the bar is definitely harder than sitting with dumbbells though.

Ah sucks, I am from the Netherlands. But yeah it is not a myth. It is just very little
