Looking for this as well because my eyes are too dark and going to blue/green is too much and not NT.

browse contact lenses and insta will make you come across local sellers with a lot of reviews

Alright I asked ChatGPT for ones online and this is what it came up with:
1. https://eyecandys.com/products/i-sh...Y_gfayBiG6KEK3k79lXOLlAjNYqtHH6-kcgt9XyxItoi0 (these last a year if you use the proper care)
2. https://www.irisbeauty.com/amber-brown.html (these last 6 months sadly but still same thing, use proper care or else that will be shortened)
3. https://www.solotica.com/color-cont...e_YTPNSw_2b0gJma3Ks6PhoQsCSlTQZzEyCkQY9Cj6R6x (use. proper. care.)
--
Again, idk if this will last a full year or not but this is the closest solution we've got so

Is long term use bad for the eyes?

Is long term use bad for the eyes?
well obv u gotta clean it properly every day after use, if you dont do that then the bacteria can build up and cause bad stuff.
heres GPT's take:

Potential Risks of Long-Term Use

  • Protein & Bacteria Buildup – Even with proper cleaning, lenses can accumulate deposits that may lead to infections.
  • Reduced Oxygen to the Eyes – Long-term wear can limit oxygen flow, increasing the risk of corneal problems.
  • Dryness & Irritation – Wearing lenses for too long without breaks may cause eye strain and dryness.
  • Increased Risk of Eye Infections – Poor hygiene, overwearing, or improper storage can lead to conditions like keratitis (corneal inflammation).

How to Minimize Risks

Follow Replacement Schedules – Even yearly lenses need proper maintenance and should not be used beyond their recommended time.
Clean & Store Properly – Use fresh solution daily and avoid tap water.
Give Your Eyes Breaks – Take a break every once in a while, to let your eyes rest.
Visit an Eye Doctor Regularly – Checkups can catch problems early.

Probably cope but, are there any natural ways to get to a lighter brown shade of eyes? My eyes are so dark brown they're black and IDK it just looks not unique.

As far as I know, there's no natural way to get darker or lighter eye color. Unless you have an illness or something else, your eye color won't change

look at the post i made above;
Eat healthy, certain toxins in the body can cause eye color to look darker. I’ll link a thread about this here: https://looksmax.org/threads/ultima...-why-it-is-essential-for-looksmaxing.1125048/

theres also rumours that using manuka honey eye drops over time will work but its prolly cope jfl
