Where can I get jaw implants that are reasonably priced?

I don’t necessarily mean cheap, because cheap = risky and/or bad quality. But more so looking into surgeons who do them for a reasonable price. (Wraparound, angle, etc.) Preferably in the USA

From my research, prices for the major doctors who offer custom facial implants (Eppley, Yaremchuk, Kulbersh) are similar, and Dhir is significantly more expensive. Nobody's cheap, and if there is a doctor I'm not aware of, he probably doesn't have much experience.

I see… so basically no choice but to go to one of the four? Who’s the cheapest out of who you listed?

From what I've read, they are all very similar in price, maybe $1K-2K different, except for Dhir. Kulbersh was the cheapest IIRC, but he has so many fewer examples to look at, you really have no idea what to expect from him. If you want to take that risk when you're going to be paying $15,000+ anyway for a wraparound, that just seems like an unnecessary risk to me.
