you lack bone in the under eye area, exposing your lower sclera (white part of the eye) which is a very bad failo and giving you slight nasojugal folds (itachi lines)

and from the side profile we can see you have a neutral orbital vector (red) it should be positive (blue) to give you that cheek fullness

It determines the support of your under eye, which is on the weaker side. Maybe pdo Threads could help. Wouldn't recommend it tho because you already look decent.

is there a way to improve the eyes without surgery? it’s bothering me now 😭

maybe try volufiline on under eyes
