Me too but I need to get rid of dandruff because it might be a hindrance to the recovery process of my hair transplant in the long run.
Ketoconazole seems to be the only solution.

Already rang two of them in my area and both had the same issue, where the product was out of stock.
Might contact a pharmacy in a nearby town, hopefully, they will have it.

They should have Nizoral at your local grocery or pharmacy. It's 1% and is a good base product in case you're not ready for fin or minoxidil

Ebay, third world pharmacies, or raw powder from China. I bath on sudays, put my oil cope shampoo for 30 mins, rinse and put the nizoral for 30 mins then rinse and get out of bath.
